Columbia, MO – April 15, 2025 – Paytient, a healthcare company on a mission to make healthcare more accessible and affordable, proudly announces the appointment of Iveta Brigis as its first Chief People Officer. Iveta joins the leadership team with a strong belief that great workplaces can and should be built in organizations of all sizes—not just the privileged few. She has consistently focused on developing great managers and fostering environments where teams thrive through shared purpose and trust. Her philosophy aligns with Paytient’s mission to help employers support the health and well-being of their teams through simple, impactful solutions.
“I believe that every company, no matter its size or sector, has the opportunity to be a truly great place to work,” said Iveta Brigis. “Paytient’s commitment to making healthcare more affordable and accessible resonates deeply with me—not just as a business objective, but as a deeply human mission.
