Meet Michelle—or as her friends and family affectionately call her, Chell. As a single mom with three grown children and six grandchildren, her life is as full of love as it is busy. She juggles her work as a retail sales merchandiser, family functions, and caring for her two beloved dogs, Minnie and Simba. And, like so many Americans, Chell knows firsthand the stress of balancing healthcare costs with everyday living expenses.
For a long time, Chell found herself having to put off important treatments—both for herself and her furry companions. “Most of the time, I had to either put it off or try to make do,” she shared. However, when her employer introduced Paytient as a benefit, everything changed.
